• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s standard policies. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Data and Privacy

• We do not collect any personal data.
• All alarms, preferences, and usage data remain stored only on your device.
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete your local data.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights to GoodSleep Alarm, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain our property.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for missed alarms, device issues, or sleep health outcomes.
